Q: When should I test?

• Best used within 5 days of feeling unwell — for example, if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or runny nose.

Q: Who can use this test?

• For ages 14 and above. Adults should perform the test for children aged 2–13 years. Not for infants under 2 years.

Q: How many tests are there in a box?

• We have 1 test/box, 2 tests/box, 3 tests/box, 4 tests/box, 5 tests/box, 20 tests/box and 25 tests/box.

Q: I am an end user and I would like to purchase at least 1,000 tests. May I get bulk pricing?

• Yes, please send your enquiry to contact@healgen.sg with the desired quantity.

Q: We are a company and have not got a credit card. May we use other payment methods?

• Yes, please send us an email stating your company name and desired quantity, and we will send you a sales order.

Q: How long until I get results?

• 15 minutes. Do not read results before 15 or after 20 minutes.

Q: What does a negative result mean?

• Negative is presumptive; if symptoms persist/worsen, seek follow-up. A molecular test (e.g PCR) may be appropriate.

Q: What is the shelf life and expiration date?

• 24 months from the manufacture date.

Q: May we export Healgen ART?

• Every country regulates medical devices differently. When you export ARTs, it breaches the regulations in the receiving country. This can lead to recall of unauthorized versions of Healgen in those countries.

Q: May I have additional information of the manufacturer?

• The Healgen® Rapid Check® COVID-19/Flu A&B Antigen Test has been developed by  Healgen Scientific LLC In the U.S.
